I am working with adult clients and adolescents with a range of difficulties including trauma (ACC sensitive claims), depression, anxiety, as well as pain or injury related problems (ACC Psychological Services). Further, I am also providing couple's therapy. I work collaboratively using evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and I incorporate mindfulness strategies.
